10. Rocky and Bullwinkle

Rocky and Bullwinkle are one of the oldest animated television series that features these two lame cartoon characters. They’re lame because they’re ugly. The two characters are known for deriding humour and quality font. Their word games target both adults and children.

The series, created by Jay Ward (who had been a childhood friend of Mr. Anderson) and Bill Scott, debuted on ABC in 1959 as “Rocky and His Friends”. In 1961 she moved to NBC as “The Bullwinkle Show”, one of the first prime-time cartoon series.

Squidward Tentacle is a cocky and bad-tempered character in the Nickelodeon animated series SpongeBob SquarePants. He portrays a presumptuous personality towards his two neighbours. The neighbour’s loud behaviour makes him feel bad, but he pretends that the neighbors see him as a good friend.

Mr. Crocker full name Mr. Denzel Quincy Croker and an antagonist in the Nickelodeon animated series. He’s an ugly cartoon character, but a smart and interesting cartoon. His antagonistic nature is portrayed in his belief that fairies are contrary to what others believe.

He even developed a device that can detect fairies and magic. Although he failed to catch fairies as evidence, he is so mad at everyone that he takes pride in telling his students a mistake.

Coyote is a Looney Tunes character created by Chuck Jones and Michael Maltes. He made his permanent enemy, Road Runner, in 1949, “Fast and Furry-ous”. To date, 48 cartoons (including computer-animated short films) have been made with these characters, most of them directed by Chuck Jones.

This is one of the cartoon characters from the Loney Tunes and Merrie Melodies. Wile E. Coyote is portrayed as a hungry character on the run for food. He has always tried to catch and eat Road Runner, a co-cartoon character, and that has been the goal for up to 50 years.

Mister Magoo is also in the list of ugly cartoon characters. A short-sighted Quincy Magoo (aka Mr. Magoo) wears thick glasses and uses a walking stick. Together with his nephew Waldo, Mr. Magoo first appeared in the 1949 film “Ragtime Bear”. Created by writer Millard Kaufman and director John Hubley, Mr. Magoo was one of the few human characters to star in cartoons at the time.

Other characters from the world of Mr. Magoo include his dog McBarker and his mother, aptly named Mother Magoo. McBarker was voiced by legendary voice actor Frank Welker while Mother Magoo was voiced first by Henry Backus and then by another legendary voice actor, June Foray.
